  "text": "In regulation 3(1) of the 1988 Regulations (interpretation)—\n(a) after the definition of “bonding conductor” there shall be inserted the following definition—\n““British Standard Requirements” means the British Standard, Require ments for Electrical Installations BS 7671: 1992, adopted by the British Standards Institution and the Institution of Electrical Engineers on 2nd October 1992, a copy of which is identified by the signature of the Minister for Energy, Department of Trade and Industry, as the British Standard Requirements referred to in these Regulations”;\n(b) the definition of “Institution of Electrical Engineers Regulations” shall be deleted.",
