# The Electricity Supply Industry (Rateable Values) Order 1989, Article 7: Rateable values in 1990/1


The relevant maximum amount in respect of a class of hereditaments is the amount produced by calculating in accordance with the formula—
1.2AM and the relevant minimum amount in respect of a class of hereditaments is the amount produced by calculating in accordance with the formula—
0.895AM where
A is the amount specified in relation to that class in column 2 of the Schedule, and M is the non-domestic rating multiplier applicable to that class in pursuance of paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 to the Act.
