  "text": "RATING AND VALUATION, WALES\nMade 30th March 2000\nComing into force 1st April 2000\nThe National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State, by sections 143(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 6, to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 and now vested in it in so far as exercisable in Wales.",
