  "text": "ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY\nMade 2nd December 1994\nLaid before Parliament 5th December 1994\nComing into force\nRegulations 1, 2 and 6(1) 30th December 1994\nRegulation 6(2) 1st May 1995\nRemainder 1st January 1995\nThe Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to apparatus which is liable to cause electromagnetic disturbance and to apparatus the performance of which is liable to be affected by such disturbance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
