# The Electromagnetic Compatibility (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Electromagnetic Compatibility (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force as follows—
(a) regulations 1, 2 and 6(1), on 30th December 1994;
(b) regulation 6(2), on 1st May 1995; and
(c) the remainder, on 1st January 1995.
