# The Electromagnetic Compatibility (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the principal Regulations” means the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 1992; and
“the CE Marking Directive” means Council Directive 93/68/EEC.
