Regulation 26 Non-automatic weighing instruments

These Regulations do not apply to a non-automatic weighing instrument as regards the immunity thereof.

In this regulation, “non-automatic weighing instrument ” has the meaning given by the second indent of Article 1.1 read in conjunction with Article 1.2(a) of Council Directive 90/384/EEC on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to non-automatic weighing instruments^f1.
