  "text": "For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that nothing in this Part shall be construed as dispensing with any requirement—\n(a) of a licence granted under—\n(i) section 1 of the 1949 Act to establish and use any station for wireless telegraphy or to instal and use any wireless telegraphy apparatus;\n(ii) section 7 of the 1984 Act to run a telecommunication system within the meaning of that Act;\n(iii) Part I of the 1990 Act to provide television programme services or additional services within the meaning of that Part;\n(iv) Part II of the 1990 Act to provide local delivery services within the meaning of that Part; or\n(v) Part III of the 1990 Act to provide independent radio services within the meaning of that Part;\n(b) that apparatus be approved under section 84 of the 1984 Act, or comply with the requirements of the Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive;\n(c) regulations made under section 1 of the 1949; or\n(d) an order made under—\n(i) section 7 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967;\n(ii) section 85 or 86 of the 1984 Act.",
