  "text": "In this Part—\n“the 1990 Act ” means the Broadcasting Act 1990;\n“authorised description ” shall be construed in accordance with regulation 62 above;\n“examine ” includes, where a UK notified body considers appropriate, the dis-assembly of apparatus; and\n“telecommunication system ” shall be construed in accordance with section 4 of the 1984 Act.",
