# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 1992, Regulation 82: Supplying or taking into service apparatus in contravention of regulation 28 or 29


Any person who supplies or takes into service relevant apparatus in contravention of regulation 28 or 29 above shall be guilty of an offence.
