Regulation 84 False or misleading information

Any person who, in giving any information which he is required to give under regulation 81(c) or (d) above—

(a)

makes any statement which he knows is false or misleading in a material particular; or

(b)

recklessly makes any statement which is false or misleading in a material particular,

shall be guilty of an offence.
