  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 83, 84 or 86(2) above shall be liable on summary conviction—\n(a) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months; or\n(b) to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale,\nor to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 82, 85, 86(1) or 87 above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
