# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Regulation 60: Restrictive measures


When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS in relation to any measure to—
(a) prohibit or restrict apparatus being made available on the market;
(b) withdraw apparatus; or
(c) recall apparatus.
