  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) and (3), a person guilty of an offence under regulation 61 (offences) is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales—\n(i) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months; or\n(ii) a fine; or\n(iii) to both.\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland—\n(i) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months; or\n(ii) a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale; or\n(iii) to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence by reason of a contravention or failure to comply with regulations 11, 16, 24 and 31 is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 61(2) insofar as the requirement relates to a UK(NI) indication is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
