  "text": "Nothing in these Regulations prevents the making available on the market or the putting into service of equipment which—\n(a) is in conformity with the requirements of Directive 2004/108/EC on the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility ; and\n(b) is placed on the market or put into service before the commencement date.",
