# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Paragraph 9


The manufacturer's obligations set out in paragraphs 7 and 8 may be fulfilled by the authorised representative, on the manufacturer's behalf and under the manufacturer's responsibility, provided that they are specified in the mandate.
