# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S

An approved body must make provision in its contracts with its clients enabling such clients to appeal against a decision—
(a) to refuse to issue a certificate; or
(b) to restrict, suspend or withdraw a certificate.
