# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Paragraph 17: Recall notice


The enforcing authority may serve a recall notice on a relevant economic operator in respect of apparatus if the authority has reasonable grounds for believing that—
(a) the apparatus has been made available to end-users; and
(b) there is non-compliance.
