# The Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Paragraph 30: Interpretation


In this Schedule, “non-compliance” means that the apparatus—
(a) presents a risk; or
(b) is not in conformity with Part 2 or RAMS (in its application to apparatus).
