  "text": "Consumer Protection\nFees And Charges\nMade 20th April 2016\nLaid before Parliament 25th April 2016\nComing into force 20th May 2016\nThe Secretary of State for Health makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973.\nThe Secretary of State has been designated for the purpose of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to nicotine and nicotine products.\nThe Treasury has consented to the making of these Regulations as required by section 56 of the Finance Act 1973.",
