# The Electronic Cigarettes etc. (Fees) Regulations 2016, Regulation 5: Civil proceedings to recover unpaid fees

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

All unpaid sums due by way of any fees payable under these Regulations shall be recoverable as debts due to the Crown.
