# The Electronic Commerce (Amendment and Consequential Provision) Regulations 2026, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Electronic Commerce Directive (Terrorism Act 2006) Regulations 2007


(1) The Electronic Commerce Directive (Terrorism Act 2006) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, omit paragraph (2).
(3) Omit regulation 4.
