# The Electronic Commerce (Amendment and Consequential Provision) Regulations 2026, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Extreme Pornography (Electronic Commerce Directive) (Scotland) Regulations 2011


(1) The Extreme Pornography (Electronic Commerce Directive) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, omit paragraphs (2) and (3).
(3) Omit regulation 3.
