# The Electronic Commerce (Amendment and Consequential Provision) Regulations 2026, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Electronic Commerce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2018


(1) The Electronic Commerce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, omit paragraphs (2) and (3).
(3) Omit regulation 6.
(4) Omit regulation 11.
