# The Electronic Commerce (Amendment and Consequential Provision) Regulations 2026, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Electronic Commerce (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019


(1) The Electronic Commerce (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3, omit paragraphs (4) to (8).
(3) In regulation 4—
(a) in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c);
(b) omit paragraph (7).
