# The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) (Extension) (No. 2) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Application of the E-Commerce Regulations


The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (“the E-Commerce Regulations”) shall apply to—
(a) the enactments listed in Part 1 of the Schedule, as amended by the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003; and
(b) the enactments listed in Part 2 of the Schedule,
notwithstanding regulation 3(2) of the E-Commerce Regulations.
