Coming into force 14th February 2003
The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, being the Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to information society services, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by the said section 2(2) hereby makes the following Regulations:
