# The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) (Extension) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Application of the E-Commerce Regulations


The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 shall apply to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 notwithstanding regulation 3(2) of those Regulations.
