  "heading": "Right to rescind contract",
  "text": "Where a person—\n(a) has entered into a contract to which these Regulations apply, and\n(b) the service provider has not made available means of allowing him to identify and correct input errors in compliance with regulation 11(1)(b),\nhe shall be entitled to rescind the contract unless any court having jurisdiction in relation to the contract in question orders otherwise on the application of the service provider.",
