# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 46


In section 84 (review of services market identifications and determinations)—
(a) in subsection (2) for “must, at such intervals as they consider appropriate,” substitute “ may (and, when required to do so by section 84A, must) ”, and
(b) omit subsection (3).
