# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 92


After section 185, insert—
“Power of OFCOM to invite parties to refer dispute
185A OFCOM may invite any one or more of the parties to a dispute falling within section 185(1) to refer the dispute to OFCOM under section 185(3).”
