# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 97


In section 393(6) (exceptions from general restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) limits the information that may be made available under section 76A;”, and
(b) in paragraph (d) for “or made public” substitute “ , made public or made available ”.
