# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 13


In section 39 (contravention of terms, etc)—
(a) in subsection (2)(c) for “doing the things specified in subsection (3)” substitute “ making representations ”, and
(b) omit subsections (3) to (8) .
