# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 15


In section 41(4)(b) (procedure for prosecutions)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”, and
(b) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—
“; or
(iii) are other users of the radio spectrum.”
