# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 18


Paragraphs 81 to 87 of Schedule 1 do not apply in relation to a contravention of a requirement imposed under section 135 or 136 of the Communications Act 2003 before 26th May 2011 (and, in relation to a continuing contravention, do not apply in respect of any period of contravention before 26th May 2011).
