# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 7


Paragraphs 24 and 25 of Schedule 1 do not apply in relation to a proposal of which notification was published under section 49(4) of the Communications Act 2003 before 26th May 2011.
