# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy Regulations 2011, Paragraph 9


Paragraph 33 of Schedule 1 does not apply in relation to a contravention of a numbering condition (within the meaning given by section 61(9) of the Communications Act 2003) occurring before 26th May 2011.
