  "text": "Electronic Communications\nMade 5th June 2013\nLaid before Parliament 6th June 2013\nComing into force 27th June 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 109(1) and (3) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003 (“the Act).\nIn accordance with section 109(4) of the Act the Secretary of State has consulted Ofcom and such other persons as she considers appropriate.",
