Regulation 4 Amendment of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003

In regulation 3(1)(a) (general conditions), after “roads authorities” insert “and the commissioner appointed under section 16 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005^f1”.
