  "text": "A code operator shall make trained staff available, as soon as practicable after a reasonable request made by a relevant undertaker, a highway authority or, in Scotland, a roads authority, to indicate, on site, the location and nature of electronic communications apparatus of his installed in or under a maintainable highway or street or, in Scotland, a public road or a road.",
