# The Electronic Communications (Market Analysis) Regulations 2003, Regulation 10: Information requirements for carrying out market analysis


For the purposes of regulations 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, section 53 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 shall apply as if the exercise by the Director of the functions under those regulations was a relevant purpose under subsection (6) of that section.
