# The Electronic Communications (Market Analysis) Regulations 2003, Regulation 3: Amendment to the Electronic Communications (Universal Service) Regulations 2003


In regulation 4(10) of the Electronic Communications (Universal Service) Regulations 2003 (designation of universal service provider), for “Directorate” there shall be substituted “Directive”.
