# The Electronic Fingerprinting etc. Device Approval (Scotland) Order 1997, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Electronic Fingerprinting etc. Device Approval (Scotland) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 8th August 1997.
