# The Electronic Fingerprinting etc. Device Approval (Scotland) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Electronic Fingerprinting etc. Device Approval (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 14th February 2005.
