# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Regulation 44: Redemption rights of persons other than consumers


Regulations 41 and 42 shall not apply in the case of a person, other than a consumer, who accepts electronic money and, in such a case, the redemption rights of that person shall be subject to the contract between that person and the electronic money issuer.
