# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Regulation 50: Public censure


If the Authority considers that an electronic money issuer has contravened a requirement imposed on it by or under these Regulations or, in the case of an electronic money institution, section 312R of the 2000 Act the Authority may publish a statement to that effect.
