# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Paragraph 1: Consumer Credit Act 1974


In section 25(1C) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (licensee to be a fit person), after “credit institutions” insert “ (as that Annex was last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
