# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Paragraph 15: The Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004


In regulation 17(2)(c) of the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 after “electronic money by” insert “ an electronic money institution within the meaning of the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 or ”.
