# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Paragraph 16: The Credit Institutions (Reorganisation and Winding Up) Regulations 2004


In regulation 2(1) of the Credit Institutions (Reorganisation and Winding Up) Regulations 2004 , at the end of the definition of “banking consolidation directive” insert “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”.
