# The Electronic Money Regulations 2011, Paragraph 8: The Financial Markets and Insolvency (Settlement Finality) Regulations 1999


In regulation 2(1) of the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Settlement Finality) Regulations 1999 in the definition of “credit institution”—
(a) for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and
(b) after “business of credit institutions” insert “ (as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
